Google says Happy Birthday Rosalind Franklin

Rosalind Elsie Franklin was a British biophysicist and X-ray crystallographer who made critical contributions to the understanding of the fine molecular structures of DNA, RNA, viruses, coal, and graphite. Wikipedia
As you could see, the homepage features a doodle. doodle means a rough drawing. This idea of Google unleash quite a huge amount of traffic to wikipedia and other historic sources from its home page. Nowadays newspapers also reports about these to get the eyeballs.

here as_qdr=w search for past week. You will get this even if you click Advanced search.. There are various hacks like adding thi string to firefox browser config file or adding to opera search string or adding to IE search box etc. You can even manually add &as_qdr=w at the end of google search.. For time being follow this easy step of bookmarking the link...



Change the Dates to upcoming weekname or monthname etc.. Also try to do this query with site:reuters.com means May 2008 site:reuters.com
which will give results which mentions about a future/past date from reuters.com only.
